Squash - Butternut

Sweet, with a nutty taste similar to that of a pumpkin. It has yellow skin and orange fleshy pulp. When ripe, it turns increasingly deep orange, and becomes sweeter and richer. Roast, toast, bake, mash, or add to breads and muffins.
