We grew sprouting broccoli for the first time last year and loved it. These are specially bred cultivars for a long harvest window of smaller florets that you can harvest weekly throughout the season -- the flavor is similar to traditional broccoli, though you can enjoy longer stems on it. Unlike normal head broccoli we did not have any issues with caterpillars. Each pot contains 2 good size plants. Variety 'Happy Rich' and 'BC 1611'
