Fresh Garlic Head

These are this year's crop of garlic fresh from the ground and uncured. We've been using our fresh garlic for weeks now and we're ready to share with those of you ready for Swallowtail garlic. You'll notice that fresh garlic is juicier, and the skins are more rubbery than papery. Otherwise you can use it all the same ways as 'regular' cured garlic. We are just offering single heads because you'll want to use them while fresh (store for weeks, not months) . We'll also start curing garlic and have that to offer in several weeks.
